At Preshafood Ltd (Preshafruit), we stand behind our products and that's why we offer a satisfaction guarantee, where our customers have the chance to get their money back or receive an in store-voucher from their place of purchase if for any reason you are dissatisfied with our product (Guarantee). This Guarantee applies to Australian residents only and there is a refund (or credit) limit of one 1 litre bottle per household, to a maximum retail price of A$5 (including any tax paid on purchase of the product). Use of multiple addresses or P.O. Boxes to obtain additional refunds is fraud and may result in prosecution. Multiple submissions will not be acknowledged or returned. This Guarantee is valid only on specially-marked bottles of Preshafruit Valencia Orange 1 litre juice. The Guarantee will apply to the 31st December 2019.

All requests to claim under this Guarantee must be received by Preshafruit prior to the Expiry Date and Preshafruit will not be responsible, and accepts no liability, for incomplete, illegible, late, lost or misdirected refund requests. To claim on this Guarantee you must send your request (including your reason for the request in 15 words or more) in an envelope that includes sufficient postage to Preshafruit Taste Guarantee, 117 Derrimut Drive, Derrimut VIC 3030, along with the original purchase receipt, and the label from the specially marked Preshafruit Valencia Orange Juice 1 litre package. Reproduction, sale, trade, or purchase of this form or proof of purchase is prohibited and Preshafruit reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of requests (including your identity and place of residence) and disregard any request from any person who has submitted a request under the Guarantee that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions, who tampers with the Guarantee process or who submits request that Preshafruit, in its sole discretion, deems to be offensive, inappropriate, defamatory or otherwise not in keeping with the spirit of this Guarantee. Proof of purchase must be obtained from a product purchased by you. No requests from groups, clubs or organisations will be honoured. Employees, officers, and directors (including members of their immediate families and any other person living in the same household of such person whether related or not) of Preshafood, its affiliates (including, without limitation, its parent, sister and subsidiary companies), the independent promotion organization, advertising or promotional agencies and suppliers of materials or services related to this promotion are not eligible for refund. For these terms and conditions, "immediate family" means mother, father, sister, brother, son, daughter and spouse, including common law spouse, regardless of where they reside.

Any requests to claim under this Guarantee will be attended to by Preshafruit within 14 days and you will be either provided with your money back or receive an in store-voucher for an equivalent amount from the retailer from which you purchased the Preshafruit product within 14 days. Preshafruit will determine, in its discretion, whether you are provided with your money back or an in store-voucher unless you specifically request one of these alternatives. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Preshafruit (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any injury, loss, damage, cost or expense, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way under this Guarantee or as a result of purchasing or consuming a Preshafruit product.
