Preshafruit Apple Raspberry
1. Combine the blackberries with the champagne, Preshafruit Apple Raspberry and Preshafruit Pomegranate. Mix well and pour onto a shallow backing tray. Place in the freezer.
2. After 30 minutes, rake or stir the granita with a fork, then place it back in the freezer. Repeat every 30 minutes until the granita is completely frozen and looks like fresh snow.
Serve into bowls and add a garnish of lime zest. Enjoy!
